


The police have imposed restrictions around an exam centre in Chattogram city during the 50th BCS written examination.
The Chattogram Metropolitan Police (CMP) announced the measures in a public notice issued on Wednesday (April 8).
According to the notice, the written exams will be held at Ispahani Public School and College on April 9, 12, 16, 19, 20, 22, 23, and from April 27 to 30, as well as May 4 to 7.
To ensure a peaceful environment, all forms of gatherings, processions, and noise-making activities will be banned within 200 yards of the exam centre. The restriction will remain in force from one hour before the exam begins until one hour after it ends.
The ban also includes shouting, singing, playing music, and using microphones or loudspeakers in the area.
In addition, carrying weapons, sticks, explosives, bricks, or stones is prohibited. Unauthorized entry to the এলাকায় will also be restricted.
The notice, signed by CMP Commissioner Hasan Md. Shawkat Ali, warned that legal action will be taken against anyone violating the order.
The restrictions will remain effective on all examination days.
