Iftar and Prayer Held in Sadullapur in Memory of Late Headmaster Abul Bashar

Former students of Khamar Dashlia Adarsh High School in Sadullapur Upazila, Gaibandha, organised a discussion meeting, prayer session, and Iftar mahfil in memory of their late headmaster (retd) Abul Bashar.

The programme was held on the school premises on Wednesday afternoon. Acting Headmaster Mizanur Rahman Patwari presided over the event.

Naldanga Union Parishad Chairman Abdul Gafur attended as the chief guest. The discussion was moderated by former student Jahangir Alam.

Former managing committee presidents AKM Nurunnabi Sarkar and Abdul Aziz joined as special guests. Teachers and local dignitaries, including Abdur Razzak, Sekendar Ali, Ferdousi Begum, Nurbanu Begum, and Dilruba Akhter Banu Jelli, were also present.

Speakers remembered Abul Bashar’s contribution to education and his role in shaping the institution.

The programme concluded with prayers led by former student Abubakkar Siddique, followed by the Iftar.
