Prayers and Iftar Held in Memory of Shaheed Osman Hadi in Nalchiti

A prayer session and mass iftar were held in Nalchiti, Jhalakati, on Wednesday (March 18, 28 Ramadan) to honor Shaheed Sharif Osman bin Hadi, former spokesperson of Inqilab Manch.

The event was organized by his sister, Masuma Hadi, at Shaheed Selim Chattar near the Nalchiti Bus Stand.

Religious Muslims and local residents from various walks of life joined the prayers and iftar. Speaking at the event, Masuma Hadi said, "Although a year has passed, the trial of my brother's killers is still pending. The person arrested in India must be brought back quickly, and the others identified."

Also present were Upazila Volunteer Party convener Touhid Alam Manna, teacher Abdur Rahim, the late Shaheed’s brother-in-law Amir Hossain, student leader Sujan Khan, and volunteers Shahadat Alam Fakir, Bali Taifur Rahman, and Sathi Akhter, among others.
