In addition, several students were admitted to other public institutions, including Jahangirnagar, Rajshahi, and Jagannath University. The number is expected to rise as admission processes at other universities are still ongoing.
Among the successful candidates, Dhanlal Tripura, Uchaihla Marma, and Ankyasingh Marma were admitted to medical colleges. Mangthuinu Marma, Jisan Tanchagya, and Shafiqul Islam secured places in engineering universities.
The institution also reported that 25 students gained admission to public universities last year.
Established in a remote hilly area, the residential institution currently provides education to more than 2,500 underprivileged students. Alongside academic learning, it focuses on personal development through extracurricular and value-based activities.
Local educationists say the institution is setting a positive example by expanding access to quality education in underserved hill communities.
