Memorial meeting held at Pabna Press Club to mark 14th death anniversary of Samson H. Chowdhury

A memorial service was held to mark the 14th death anniversary of eminent industrialist Samson H Chowdhury, a life member of Pabna Press Club and founding chairman of Square Group.

The memorial service was held at the VIP Auditorium on Monday evening at the initiative of Pabna Press Club. Pabna Press Club President Akhtaruzzaman presided over the meeting.

The speakers at the memorial service remembered Samson H Chowdhury's colorful career, his contribution to industrialization, and his role in society and human welfare with deep respect. Advocate Shamsur Rahman Shimul Biswas, central coordinator of the Nationalist Workers' Party, spoke as the main discussant.

In addition, eminent educationist Professor Shibjit Nag, resident director of Square Toiletries Abdul Khalek, freedom fighter Baby Islam and other dignitaries spoke. The speakers said that Samson H. Chowdhury was a visionary industrialist, whose leadership and human values will remain an exemplary example in the country's industrial sector.

Members of the Pabna Press Club, journalists, people from different classes and professions, and well-wishers were present at the memorial service.
