Body of Bangladeshi killed during Iran-Israel conflict arrives in Dhaka

The body of Ahmed Ali, a Bangladeshi expatriate killed in Dubai amid the recent Iran-Israel conflict, arrived at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on Monday (March 9).

Airport sources confirmed the arrival, noting the repatriation was coordinated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Bangladesh Embassy. Following the completion of standard legal and airport formalities, the body will be handed over to his family for burial.

Ahmed Ali’s death occurred in Dubai during the heightened regional tensions between Iran and Israel. His passing has sparked deep mourning in his local community and among the expatriate circle.
