Renowned Bangladeshi actress Nusraat Faria, who has gained recognition on both sides of the border, is poised to return to cinema with "Tribunal", where she portrays a woman who bravely advocates for justice and truth.

Discussing the film, Faria expressed, "The emotional depth, responsibility, and determination of the character truly resonated with me. Portraying such a powerful female role is a rare chance for any actor. I want viewers to experience a different facet of me through this character."

After years of engaging in numerous projects, Faria now states that she has become more discerning, prioritizing meaningful narratives over sheer volume. "Nowadays, I focus more on the story than the project itself," she elaborated. "I aspire to be involved in work that not only entertains but also stimulates thought. I seek projects that encapsulate my identity as a well-rounded performer. For me, artistic development is not about quantity it's about delving deeper into the quality of my work."

The actress shared that she joined "Tribunal" because its narrative resonates with her personal values and perspective. "I felt a connection to the film's message," she remarked.

In addition to her acting career, Faria has established herself as a singer. Her debut single "Pataka", released in 2018, garnered attention for its distinctive sound and striking visuals. "Producing a compelling music video requires time," she commented. "I don't merely want to release songs I aim for each one to narrate a story and visually inspire people."

Alongside her film and music endeavors, Faria remains active with live stage performances, which she claims provide her with a unique bond with her audience. "The stage is where I draw my energy from," she stated. "Witnessing the audience's affection reminds me of my purpose."

Although she has been a well-known figure in both Dhallywood and Tollywood, Faria acknowledged that she hasn't worked in India lately due to logistical issues. Nevertheless, she stays hopeful. "I grew up admiring many Indian artists," she shared. "I look forward to collaborating with some of them soon and reestablishing connections."
