Car veers off the expressway in Chattogram, resulting in 1 death.

A private car lost control and veered off the expressway in the Nimtala area near the Bandar police station in Chattogram city. Sadly, a pedestrian was killed in the crash, and at least four others sustained injuries. The incident took place around 4 pm on Thursday (November 20).

According to CMP Bandar police station OC Investigation Sirajul Islam, the private car skidded off the expressway while traveling from Patenga to the city and fell down. During this time, a pedestrian named Shafiq (55) was critically hurt. He later died after being rushed to the hospital. Reports indicate he was a port worker.

The OC Investigation mentioned that four individuals were seriously injured in this tragic accident, and they have been rescued and transported to Islami Bank Hospital in Agrabad.
