For passenger convenience, all tickets will be sold online.

Online ticket sales will begin daily at 8:00 am for all intercity train seats in the railway’s western region. Tickets for all intercity train seats in the eastern region will be available from 2:00 pm.

According to the schedule announced by the railway:

  • Tickets for March 23 will be sold on March 13

  • Tickets for March 25 on March 15

  • Tickets for March 26 on March 16

  • Tickets for March 27 on March 17

  • Tickets for March 28 on March 18

Passengers will also be able to buy standing tickets for non-AC coaches. Up to 25 percent of these tickets will be available from the train’s starting station before departure.

Each passenger can purchase advance tickets only once for the Eid journey, with a maximum of four seats allowed per purchase. Bangladesh Railway has also announced that these tickets will not be refundable.
