


BNP has announced the date for publishing its election manifesto ahead of the 13th National Parliament elections. The party will formally present its long-term development plan and public welfare-oriented manifesto to the nation next Friday (February 6).
On Wednesday (February 4) evening, BNP Media Cell Convener Professor Dr. Moudud Hossain Alamgir Pavel confirmed this information to the media.
Earlier, at a special press conference organized in the capital Dhaka, BNP Central Election Steering Committee Spokesperson and BNP Chairman's Political Advisor Mahdi Amin said that all the theoretical and practical work of preparing the manifesto has already been successfully organized.
He said that BNP, as a people-oriented political party, has been listening to the needs, complaints and expectations of people of different classes and professions for a long time. This time's manifesto has been finalized by reflecting this direct participation and opinions of the people, which the party believes will add a new dimension to the country's politics.
Mahdi Amin further said that various programs have been carried out across the country in light of the basic foundations of the '31-point' and '27-point' proposed state reforms of the BNP. The manifesto has been formulated taking into account the experience of those programs and the issue of improving the living standards of the grassroots people. Especially issues like employment of the young generation, farmers' rights, good governance and economic stability have received special importance here.
