We do not sell tickets to heaven, we show the way to heaven; Professor Mujibur Rahman in Bhola

Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami's Naib-e-Amir and former member of parliament Professor Mujibur Rahman said that Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami has been trying to establish the law of the Quran and Sunnah in this country for a long time. To get the law of the Quran and Sunnah, we will have to vote on the scales in the next parliamentary elections. Many people say that we sell tickets to heaven. We do not sell tickets to heaven, we show the way to heaven. We did not give cards, but they gave family cards. The government is the one who gives family cards. Those who start giving family cards without going to the government, then it can be understood that they are conspiring to come to power at any cost and that is why they are selling family cards to people by making false promises.

He said all this while addressing the election rally of Jamaat-e-Islami candidate Mohammad Mustafa Kamal for Bhola-4 constituency at Charfashion T.B Model Secondary School ground in Bhola on Wednesday (February 4) morning as the chief guest.

We had said earlier that if there is no level playing field, the election will not be fair. What is happening now is not a level playing field at all. I am telling those who are currently in the administration to ensure a level playing field in the election very soon. If you do not do so, then it will be assumed that you are conspiring to give power to those extortionists and corrupt people by holding elections in the country in the same way that the fascist government fled from here a few days ago. We want to say, stop these immediately.

He also said, you will vote for the party that will work for the welfare of this world and the hereafter. You will not vote for the parties that do not want to do any welfare of the hereafter, have not done it and are careless about the hereafter. They will not allow it in the future, they will never allow it.

A special party killed some of our brothers before coming to power. Those who can kill people before coming to power, what can they do when they come to power? This is a matter of concern. People from their own party have killed at least two hundred people from their own party in fights. Those who can kill people cannot do good to people. That is why everyone has to be careful. You have seen this party, that party, now we have to see Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami. We believe that those who have consciousness about the past government's misdeeds will not let it come to power again, will vote for Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and in the future, Jamaat-e-Islami will run the country, InshaAllah.

Later, he attended the election rally of Md. Nizamul Haque Naeem, the candidate of the Bangladesh Development Party of the 11-party alliance for the Bhola-3 constituency of Lalmohan Bhola, and the election rally of Principal Nazrul Islam, the candidate of Jamaat-e-Islami for the Bhola-1 constituency.

Bangladesh Development Party Chairman A.K.M. Anwarul Islam Chan, Jamaat-e-Islami Central Assistant Secretary General Advocate Moazzem Hossain Helal, Chhatra Shibir Central President Md. Nurul Islam Saddam, and Jagannath University's newly elected VP Md. Riazul Islam delivered speeches as special guests at the public meeting.
