NEC meeting begins under Prime Minister Tarique Rahman

PM Tarique Rahman Chairs NEC Meeting on FY 2026-27 ADP

The National Economic Council (NEC) meeting began on Monday under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Tarique Rahman.

The meeting started at 10:00 am at the Planning Commission auditorium in Agargaon, Dhaka.

The Prime Minister’s Press Wing confirmed the development.

Officials said the meeting will discuss the Annual Development Programme (ADP) for the 2026–27 fiscal year. A press conference is expected after the meeting.
