93 arrested in Faridpur police raid

The police have arrested 93 people in the last 72 hours in a raid by the law enforcement agencies in Faridpur.

Faridpur Additional Superintendent of Police (Administration and Finance) Md. Shamsul Azam confirmed the arrests.

He said, 'In the last 72 hours, 93 accused have been arrested in various cases including regular, warrant and drug cases in different police stations of Faridpur.

However, the district police official could not immediately reveal the names and identities of the arrested accused.

However, he said that this trend of raids will continue.
