The World Meditation Day declared by the United Nations was celebrated at Quantum in Lama, Bandarban on Sunday morning with the theme 'If the mind is good, everything is good' in a festive atmosphere with the lively presence of thousands of people.

Immediately after sunrise, Quantum's employees, students, guests, and neighbors from all levels gathered at the fog-bathed health center. The day's activities began with the recitation of these three affirmations in unison: 1) I will think well, speak well, do well, be well, 2) Good people, good country, paradise, Bangladesh, 3) I will do every task to the best of my ability. Then, Madam Nahar Al Bokhari, Director General of Quantum Foundation, said in her audio greeting, 'Physical and mental health complement each other. To be well in all aspects, you have to keep your mind well. And meditation is necessary to keep your mind well.

Shahid Al Bokhari, inventor and trainer of Quantum Method, said in a special audio discussion of Mahajatak, 'If the individual's mind is well, if there is peace in the mind, then there will be peace in the family, peace in the society, peace in the world. This is where meditation is the most helpful force. What medicines, pills, injections, and therapy cannot do, meditation has been doing for ages to keep people's minds well. In today's digital life, the pace of luxury and comfort has also increased. But the individual's mind has been affected by anxiety, worry, restlessness, anger, trauma, fear, panic, anger, uncertainty, depression, and loneliness. Pollution of the mind causes 75 percent of diseases. Health experts from all over the world now agree that meditation is the way to get rid of these mental and psychosomatic diseases.

Men, women and children of all ages immersed themselves in special guided meditations sitting on the stage and colorful stones of the health center. At the meditative level, they cleared out the impurities of their minds one by one and were overwhelmed with a wonderful feeling of peace.

It is worth noting that on November 29, 2024, the United Nations General Assembly unanimously declared December 21 as World Meditation Day. In view of this, Quantum declared 2025 as 'The Year of Meditation.
