


BNP's nominated MP candidate for Sunamganj-3 (Jagannathpur-Shantiganj) constituency, Koychar M Ahmed, collected nomination forms for the 13th National Parliament election.
He collected nomination forms from Shantiganj Upazila Executive Officer and Upazila Returning Officer Mohammad Shahjahan at 12:30 pm on Monday.
After collecting nomination forms, Koychar M Ahmed, in a brief speech at the Upazila Parishad premises, said, "In view of the upcoming National Parliament election, I have collected nomination forms from the Shantiganj Upazila Election Office as a BNP nominated candidate in accordance with the Election Commission and our party's instructions. I seek the prayers and cooperation of all levels of people in Shantiganj and Jagannathpur. And I hope that the next election will be held fairly and beautifully. After 17 long years, preparations are being made for a free and fair election, which the whole of Bangladesh was waiting for."
He said, I urge BNP leaders and activists to reach every person's door with the greetings of Begum Khaleda Zia, the future statesman Tarique Rahman and the rice sheaf symbol in an orderly manner and in compliance with the law. I urge the administration and law enforcement agencies to take all necessary steps for a free and fair election. BNP will provide all kinds of assistance.
At this time, Sunamganj District BNP Convening Committee members Ansar Uddin, Faruk Ahmed, Moin Mallik Moin Uddin Suhel and BNP leaders and activists were present.
