


After fasting all day, the joy of Iftar with family members is different. Although watermelon is a summer fruit, this fruit is now available in the market almost all year round. You can make watermelon sherbet to enhance the taste of Iftar.
Ingredients: 2 cups of watermelon with seeds, a pinch of salt, 1 pinch of black pepper powder, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 5/6 mint leaves, ice cubes as needed.
Method: Peel the watermelon and grate it. Now mix the black salt, white pepper powder, lemon juice, sugar, mint leaves well or make juice in a blender. Finally, serve with ice and mint leaves.
