


A program was organized on Saturday at the school grounds to mark the 12th anniversary of Tebunia KJA (Kazi Jahanara Altaf) Kindergarten and High School in Pabna Sadar, with scholarship distribution, cultural programs and prize distribution.
The program was inaugurated by the recitation of the Holy Quran by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, religious teacher of KJA Kindergarten and High School, and conducted by Md. Abdul Kader and Yasmin Akhter Yuthir, under the chairmanship of Assistant Professor Babul Akhter, Head of the Marketing Department of Atgharia Government College, former president of the institution.
Abdus Samad Khan Montu, Senior Joint Convener of Pabna District Branch of Bangladesh Nationalist Party BNP and General Secretary of Red Crescent Society Pabna District, was present as the chief guest at the event and delivered an educational speech to all, assuring all kinds of support for the development of the school in the future.
Pabna District Family Planning Officer Dr. Abdul Baten spoke as the special guest. Dr. Abdul Baten's wife, Assistant Professor Parveen Sultana of the Department of Social Work of Ishradi Women's College, was present as the invited guest. Other speakers at the event included journalist and columnist Ebadat Ali, former Vice President of the Executive Council of KJA Kindergarten and High School, Farzana Alam, and first grade student Jannatul Ferdous. At that time, the advisor of the Executive Council of the organization, journalist and playwright HKM Abu Bakr Siddique, former members Alhaj Hasan Mallick and Latifa Akhter Rita, former government official, prominent social worker Md. Yunus Ali, former official of the Railway Department Ismail Biswas, prominent businessman and politician of Tebunia Kazi Abdur Razzak, Kazi Jahangir Alam,Hasan Ali, along with more than three hundred students, all teachers, guardians and dignitaries of the area were present.
At the event, KJKG & High School Principal Kazi Minara Selim and KJAKG & High School Director Osman Gani Selim welcomed the guests and guardians.
