Under the 'STAR' project—managed by the non-governmental organization Leaders—50 water tanks were provided to 50 families from the Laskar and Soladana unions to help mitigate the coastal freshwater crisis.
The event was attended by several local officials and community leaders, including Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Dr. Ahsanara Binte Ahmed, OC Golam Kibria, and representatives from various political and social organizations.
