According to police sources , have arrested three people, including a stolen equipment, in an ambulance in Feni's Chagolnaiya. They were arrested in front of Muhuriganj PHP on the Dhaka-Chittagong highway in the early hours of Tuesday (October 7th).
The highway police patrol team was on duty in Muhuriganj area this morning. At that time, three people got out of the car and fled from the police when they suspected an ambulance in front of PHP. Police arrested three other people in the car. Three knives, a rope and three mobile phones were recovered from the spot. The ambulance, which was written at New Palliated General Hospital, Feni, was also seized.
Fazilpur highway police officer-in-charge (OC) Md. Zakaria said the detainees confessed in the initial interrogation that they were staying there for the purpose of robbery. They are members of the professional gang. The ambulance driver is the main source of the team.
