A huge amount of Indian clothes and cattle, including goods worth Tk 1.2 crore, have been seized in a BGB operation in Feni.
This Saturday afternoon, Feni Jailskar BGB 4 Battalion Commander CO Lt. Col. Mosharraf Hossain confirmed this information at a press conference. He said that in the last one year, including Tk 1.2 crore in Indian goods, Feni BGB has seized Indian goods worth Tk 7.54 crore 15 lakh. He said that 424 smugglers have been arrested in the last one year. He said that the operation against smugglers at the border will continue and he sought the cooperation of media workers.
