


In alignment with the theme "Local Breeds, Modern Technology: Livestock Will Improve", the 7-day Livestock Week and Exhibition-25 has been officially launched by the Upazila Livestock Office and Veterinary Hospital in Porsha, Naogaon.
The exhibition was inaugurated by UNO Rakibul Islam, who served as the chief guest, in partnership with the Livestock and Dairy Development Project (LDDP) from the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock. The event, which took place at the Livestock Office premises on Wednesday, was presided over by Livestock Officer Dr. Jahangir Alam. Upazila Livestock Extension Officer Dr. Golap Hossain delivered the welcome address.
The presentation by Gopal Das, the office assistant from the relevant office, was attended by Assistant Commissioner (Land) Mosha: Nabila Ferdous, Thana Officer-in-Charge Saiful Islam, Primary Education Officer Sajjad Hossain, URC Instructor Ashraful Alam, and other officials.
Following this, participants explored the stalls set up by farmers at the exhibition, where UNO Rakibul Islam motivated various farmers and cattle owners to enhance their livestock production. Subsequently, a vibrant rally was organized, featuring the participation of officials and farmers, led by UNO Rakibul Islam.
