


The Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC) has released the results of the written examination for the 46th BCS. A total of forty-four thousand candidates have successfully passed the test. The results were made available on the commission's website on Thursday, November 27th.
In total, three thousand 140 positions will be filled in the ABC. The majority of these appointments will occur within the health care sector. Specifically, sixteen thousand 682 individuals will be appointed as Assistant Surgeons, while 16 will take on the role of Assistant Dental Surgeons. Following this, 920 individuals will be appointed across various subjects within the education cadre.
As for the other cadres, the recruitment numbers are as follows: 274 positions in administration, 10 in foreign services, 80 in police, 14 in Ansar, 49 in family planning, 26 in fisheries, and 65 in public works.
The results for the 45th BCS non-cadre were also published on Thursday afternoon, with a total of 545 individuals recommended for temporary recruitment for various non-cadre positions.
Additionally, the final results of the 45th BCS were announced on Wednesday, November 26th, recommending 1 thousand 807 individuals for recruitment across different cadres.
On the same night, the new recruitment notice for the 50th BCS was issued, indicating that a total of two thousand 150 individuals will be recruited in the health and administration sectors of the ABCS.
