Jamaat Candidate Ruhul Amin Bhuiyan Pushes 'Scales' for Justice, Promises Railway in Lakshmipur.

Ruhul Amin Bhuiyan, Ameer of Lakshmipur District Jamaat and the Jamaat-nominated candidate for the Lakshmipur-2 constituency, made a significant pitch for his party at a public meeting in Raipur on Sunday (December 7).

Speaking at the "Scales" public meeting at the Keroa Union Parishad ground, Bhuiyan used religious imagery, stating that just as there will be "only scales" and no marks on the Day of Judgment (Hashar), a vote for the Scale symbol (Jamaat's symbol) will establish justice in the country.

If Jamaat comes to power, a railway line will be established in Lakshmipur, and the "face of the country will change." He claimed that historically, there have been no allegations of corruption against Jamaat leaders and ministers.

He called for a vote in favour of the implementation of the "July Charter." He alleged that after one political party loses power, another prematurely occupies various establishments.

Bhuiyan stated that politics was once a sacred profession but has been turned into a business. He asserted that the party's popularity has increased despite its central leadership being hanged for "not listening to India."

He declared that there is no place for drugs in the country. The meeting was presided over by Keroa Union Jamaat Ameer Hafez Delwar Hossain and attended by various local and upazila Jamaat leaders and activists.
