BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman virtually advised students to prioritize proficiency in knowledge, science, and technology to thrive in the modern world. Stressing that the world has entered the "age of Artificial Intelligence (AI)," he emphasized that competing globally requires students to be educated with appropriate skills and excel in modern, practical, and technical education, regardless of whether they study in a Madrasa or a school.
Rahman made these remarks while virtually attending an event organized by the Khandaker Shamsul Alam Foundation to announce the results of a merit scholarship examination based on the BNP's 31-point State Reform Framework. He noted that the BNP is actively working to reshape the future education system in line with modern science and innovative technology.
He underscored that dedication and strong will power are essential for developing talent, stating that "continuous effort is necessary for its development." The scholarship examination saw 10,211 students from 84 educational institutions participate, with 40 students receiving scholarships.
