PM Tarique Rahman Lauds Ansar Bahini for Tech & Jobs

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman stated that the Bangladesh Ansar Bahini is actively creating technology and employment opportunities both at home and abroad. He made these remarks on Wednesday at the 46th National Rally of the Ansar and Village Defense Party (VDP) at the Safipur Ansar VDP Academy in Gazipur.

Highlighting their dedication to securing vital national infrastructure, Rahman noted that the force operates responsibly across villages, cities, ports, and remote areas of the Chittagong Hill Tracts. He praised the Ansar members for their collaborative efforts to restore peace during times of national instability and for their consistent public service during disasters. These actions, he added, have cemented their status as an independent and disciplined force.

The Prime Minister also pointed out that alongside technological initiatives, over 13,000 field VDP members are actively building trust and cooperation among diverse ethnic communities.

Earlier in the morning, Rahman attended an Ansar parade at the Yad Ali Parade Ground as the chief guest before delivering his address at the academy's auditorium.
