BNP Joint Secretary General Shahid Uddin Chowdhury Anee said, people of all religions live in this land. We respect and honor people of all religions. We are not fanatics. BNP does not use religion for politics. Those who use religion for politics. They are the ones who sell tickets to heaven today. Which political party can give tickets to paradise?
Anee made this comment at a meeting with women voters in Char-Bhuta village of Bhabaniganj union in her constituency in Lakshmipur-3 (Sadar) constituency on Thursday (November 27) morning.
At this time, Anee said, addressing the women voters, you have voted for me as an MP in the past. I have made great development in your area. If I win the upcoming elections, I will make even greater development in this union. Especially for the agricultural sector. The area is an agricultural product area.
You did not vote for the scales in the past. You will not vote for them in the future either. Because they do politics in the name of religion. There are many religious political parties in the world. Allah has not liked anyone. Do you understand that Allah made them? They are making promises to people in the name of education in the name of votes. You should be careful about them.
Regarding drugs, BNP's top leader Annie said, "My goal is to make the entire Lakshmipur drug-free. Many crimes are associated with drugs. All of you should be careful about drugs."
Present with Annie in the courtyard meeting were Sadar Upazila East BNP President Main Uddin Chowdhury Riaz, District Women's Party President Sabera Anwar, General Secretary Sumi Bhuiyan and Bhabaniganj Union BNP President S.M. Azad.
