


As the Boishakh sun intensifies, staying hydrated is essential. To beat the heat during the Bengali New Year festivities, a refreshing glass of Mint-Raw Mango juice is the perfect remedy.
Raw Mangoes: 2
Mint Leaves: 1 handful
Sugar: 3–4 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
Black Salt (Bit Nobon): ½ teaspoon
Green Chilies: 2 (optional, for a spicy kick)
Crushed Ice: ½ cup
Water: As required
Boil: Peel the raw mangoes and boil them until soft. Let them cool.
Blend: Combine the boiled mango pulp, mint leaves, sugar, black salt, and green chilies in a blender. Add water as needed and blend until smooth.
Serve: Pour the mixture into a traditional clay glass, top with crushed ice, and serve chilled.
