


The primary objective of the government is to ensure the welfare of the people stated Alhaj Hafiz Ibrahim the Member of Parliament for the Bhola-2 constituency.
The lawmaker made the remarks on Sunday afternoon while distributing financial grants to underprivileged residents at the Daulatkhan Upazila Auditorium.
"The BNP government is under the leadership of Prime Minister Tarique Rahman is working relentlessly for the country's overall development" MP Ibrahim said. He emphasized that the administration is continuously implementing welfare programs and placing the highest priority on education, healthcare and agriculture.
Delivering on pre-election promises, he noted that family and agricultural card initiatives are already being rolled out across Daulatkhan.
The Upazila Administration organized several community-focused events throughout the day. Alongside the financial grants, the MP inaugurated a tree plantation campaign and distributed corrugated iron sheets to vulnerable families. A separate ceremony was also held to provide medical assistance to freedom fighters and to honor outstanding primary school teachers and scholarship-winning students.
The events were attended by key local officials and political figures including Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Abdul Matin Khan, Daulatkhan Police Station Officer-in-Charge Fakhrul Islam, Upazila BNP President Abdul Mannan Mia, Vice-President Nizam Bhuiyan and General Secretary Shahjahan Saju. Jubo Dal leaders Riaz and Zahir alongside various government officials, teachers, students and local dignitaries were also present.
