


In order to shape public opinion and create public awareness for the implementation of Tarique Rahman's 31-point plan to repair the state structure, Chittagong South District BNP joint convener and BNP nomination aspirant Mishkatul Islam Chowdhury Pappa has been distributing leaflets of the 31-point plan and campaigning for Dhaner Sheesh in Bashkhali, Chittagong.
On Tuesday (October 21), at 6 pm, the leaflet distribution program began under the leadership of Mishkatul Islam Chowdhury Pappa, a BNP nomination aspirant in Chittagong-16 Bashkhali constituency in Prembazar area of Puichhari union of Banshkhali upazila. During the distribution, local leaders and activists filled the area with slogans of Dhaner Sheesh and handed out 31-point leaflets to people of different classes and professions.
At that time, Chittagong South District BNP joint convener and BNP nomination candidate for Chittagong-16 (Bashkhali) constituency Mishkatul Islam Chowdhury Pappa, former member secretary of Upazila BNP Rezaul Haque Chowdhury, former member secretary of Municipality BNP Khorshed Alam Ayub, Upazila BNP leader Mohsin Chairman, Sultanul Azim Chowdhury, former president of Puichhari Union BNP Abdu Sabur, former member secretary Khurram Reza, acting chairman of Chanua Union Parishad Nurul Amin Chanubi, Upazila Volunteer Party convener Hefaz Uddin Chowdhury, member secretary Didarul Alam, and leaders and activists of Upazila and Municipality BNP's organ-associate organizations were present.'
At that time, Mishkatul Islam Chowdhury Pappa said, 'Tarique Rahman's 31-point program is not just a political party or alliance program, it is a declaration to re-establish the democratic freedom of the people of the country. The 31-point proposal has all the elements to repair the state.
This is undoubtedly a groundbreaking step for the people of this country. You sent my father, the late Zafrul Islam Chowdhury, to the parliament with a huge victory and made him a minister. I also want to serve the people of Bashkhali like my late father, Zafrul Islam Chowdhury, with the nomination of Dhaner Sheesh.'
