Protest against the murder of child student Hafsa in Pabna

Villagers have blocked roads in the North Shalgariya Sardarpara area of Pabna city to protest the rape and murder of 9-year-old child student Hafsa and demand the arrest of the culprits.

The protest procession left North Shalgariya Sardarpara on Sunday (December 28) afternoon. Later, they went to Shaheed Chattar on Abdul Hamid Road in the city and blocked the road and protested.

Relatives of the deceased child student Hafsa and villagers spoke there. Later, with the assurance of the administration, the blockade was lifted and the procession went in front of the Deputy Commissioner's office.

It is worth noting that on the night of November 15, the body of 9-year-old child student Hafsa was recovered from a garden next to her maternal grandmother's house in North Shalgariya Sardarpara area of Pabna Municipality Sadar.
