Preparatory meeting for the Great Victory Day celebration in Nalchiti

A preparatory meeting took place for the Great Victory Day-2025 celebration on December 16 in Nalchiti, Jhalakathi.

The meeting convened at the Nalchiti Upazila Parishad meeting room on Wednesday, December 4, at 12 noon.

Organized by the Upazila Administration and presided over by Nalchiti Upazila Executive Officer Md. Jobair Habib, the meeting included government officials, public representatives, freedom fighters, representatives from various educational institutions, law enforcement agency members, local dignitaries, and civil society representatives.

A comprehensive discussion was conducted regarding the effective and successful execution of the day-long Victory Day celebration program in Nalchiti, in accordance with the central program.

Various activities are scheduled for 6 am on Victory Day, such as raising the national flag at sunrise, laying wreaths at the martyrs' memorial, parades, cultural events, and friendly football matches.
