


Justice Md. Rezaul Hasan of the High Court Division has resigned following serious allegations of misconduct, corruption, and abuse of power. He submitted his resignation letter to the President through the Supreme Court administration on Monday, March 30.
The resignation follows a formal complaint filed with the Supreme Judicial Council by KM Mojibul Haque, Chairman of Shah Group. The petition detailed specific instances of judicial malpractice and requested a constitutional investigation into the justice’s conduct.
