


Dr. Md. Azizur Rahman Muaz a native of Lohagara was formally honored on Thursday night for completing three major specialized medical degrees.
The reception was held at the Doctors Specialized Hospital Limited auditorium, drawing local teachers medical professionals journalists and civic leaders. Dr. Rahman recently earned his MS in Surgical Oncology (2026), adding to his FCPS in Surgery (2017) and FCPS in Urology (2021). Securing three core specialization degrees is widely recognized as a major benchmark in the national medical arena.
Lohagara Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Md. Mustafizur Rahman attended as the chief guest. SM Hayatuzzaman Headmaster of Lohagara Government Pilot High School, chaired the session. Other notable speakers included Lohagara Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Abdur Rahman hospital director Dr. Sujit Kundu, and senior journalist Akramuzzaman Milu.
Speakers highlighted Dr. Rahman's academic dedication noting that his milestone will inspire young medical professionals in Bangladesh to pursue advanced clinical research and higher education.
In his address, Dr. Rahman thanked the community for their unwavering support. He pledged to use his specialized training to elevate regional healthcare standards and ensure the highest quality of care for his patients.
