Appointment of Principal Secretary to the Chief Advisor M Siraj Uddin Mia cancelled

In view of the application, the government has cancelled the remaining term of the contractual appointment of Principal Secretary to the Chief Advisor M Siraj Uddin Mia.

A notification was issued by the Ministry of Public Administration on Monday (February 16) night canceling the appointment.

Earlier, Siraj Uddin applied for resignation from the Chief Advisor.

Former bureaucrat Md. Siraj Uddin Mia was appointed as the Principal Secretary to the Chief Advisor on a two-year contract on October 2, 2024. Accordingly, his term of service was until September this year.
