


Fruit salad is an ideal choice for iftar. It helps refresh the body after a long day of fasting. Using seasonal fruits makes it nutritious and tasty. This easy-to-make fruit salad is light, healthy, and perfect for Ramadan.
2 apples
20 grapes
1 carrot
1 cucumber
2 tomatoes
½ beetroot
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp beet salt
Salt to taste
½ tsp black pepper powder
¼ tsp cumin powder
¼ tsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper paste
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp mustard oil
1–2 tsp sugar or honey
Fresh mint leaves
Fresh coriander leaves
Optional: chia seeds, chopped almonds
Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
Cut them into small cubes and place them in a large bowl.
Add sour cream (or lemon juice) and mix gently with the chopped fruits.
Season with salt, chaat masala, black pepper, cumin, and chili powder to taste.
Add a little sugar or honey for sweetness if needed.
Sprinkle chia seeds and chopped almonds for extra texture and nutrition.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Serve in a beautiful bowl and garnish with fresh mint and coriander leaves.
