A free, day-long health camp was held at Jhalakathi Government Women's College on Friday, July 3, providing essential medical services to underprivileged residents.
Organized by the social and humanitarian group 'We Can Change' (WCC), the camp operated from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A team of specialists, led by renowned physician and WCC Chairman Prof. Dr. S.M. Khalid Mahmud Shakeel, offered free consultations and treatments.
Services provided at the camp included general health check-ups, immediate first aid, and direct consultations for both common and complex diseases. Doctors also offered practical lifestyle advice, with a special emphasis on healthcare for women and children.
WCC organizers stated the initiative reflects their core commitments: working for the welfare of humanity and building a healthier society. Locals from all walks of life spontaneously participated in the camp to receive these free services.
