


Jot Adam Muslima Hasan College, the only higher secondary educational institution in Dapunia Union of Pabna Sadar Upazila, organized a farewell ceremony and prayer event on Tuesday for students preparing to sit for the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations.
The program was held at the college auditorium and was presided over by Md. Hasan Imam, founder of Jot Adam Muslima Hasan College and Shaheed Rafiz Uddin High School, and former chairman of Dapunia Union Parishad.
The chief guest was HKM Abu Bakar Siddique, founder and president of the Tebunia Education and Cultural Council, as well as a journalist and playwright. In his remarks, he encouraged students to remain confident, disciplined and committed to achieving academic success.
Special guest Md. Kamruzzaman Kamrul, a local social worker, also addressed the gathering.
Among others who spoke were Principal Md. Zahidul Islam, Assistant Head Teacher of Shaheed Rafiz Uddin High School Md. Rakibul Islam, Assistant Teacher Md. Abdul Masud Lal, Md. Mostafizur Rahman Miron, son of the late Muslima Hasan, and social workers Md. Yasin Arafat and Md. Abdul Momin Prang.
The event was moderated by Lecturer Md. Altaf Hossain. A prayer session was conducted by Maulana Md. Zaidul Islam, who led special prayers seeking success for the students in their upcoming HSC examinations.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the president and invited guests presented each examinee with an information file containing important examination-related guidelines and materials.
