Kushtia DC Distributes Aid and Exchanges Views in Bheramara

Kushtia’s newly appointed Deputy Commissioner (DC) and District Magistrate, Md. Touhid Bin-Hasan, held a view-exchange meeting and distributed essential aid during his visit to Bheramara Upazila on Thursday.

The meeting took place at 11:00 AM in the Bheramara Upazila Auditorium. Chaired by Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) Rafiqul Islam Robin, the event brought together local officials, freedom fighters, educators, political leaders, civil society members, and journalists.

During the program, the Deputy Commissioner distributed corrugated iron (tin) sheets, financial cheques, and bicycles among underprivileged residents to support local livelihoods. Following the distribution, Md. Touhid Bin-Hasan participated in a tree-planting initiative on the upazila office premises to promote environmental conservation.
