Centered on the theme, "Build a Drug-Free Madhukhali for a Healthy Life," speakers emphasized the need for united community action to protect the youth. Key speakers included District Narcotics Control Deputy Director Shirin Akhter, Assistant Commissioner (Land) Pratik Dutta, and Madhukhali Police Station Officer-in-Charge Sukdev Roy.

The program was co-hosted by Upazila Secondary Education Officer Md. Iqbal Hasan and Social Service Officer Kallol Saha.
