A preparatory meeting of the traditional Shantiganj Press Club of Sunamganj district was held on the occasion of the Great Victory Day celebration.

The meeting was held at 2 pm on Thursday at the temporary office of Shantiganj Press Club, under the chairmanship of the club's president Kazi Mohammad Jamirul Islam Momtaz, and moderated by General Secretary Sohel Talukder.

Present at the time were Organizing Secretary Hossain Ahmed, Finance Secretary Yakub Shahriar, Office Secretary MM Elias Ali, Sports and Cultural Affairs Secretary Jamiul Islam Turan, members Alal Hossain, Kuhinur Rahman Nahid, Nohan Arefin Newaz, Mamun Ahmed, Solaiman Ahmed Kamran, Tofail Ahmed and others.
