


The Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has officially nominated Farida Yasmin for a reserved women's seat in the 13th National Parliament. A prominent leader from the Kushtia-2 (Bheramara-Mirpur) constituency, Yasmin is a member of the BNP National Executive Committee and a native of Bheramara.
The BNP and its political alliance have finalized 36 nominations for the reserved seats. BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi announced the names at the party’s central office on Monday.
Following the announcement, Farida Yasmin expressed her gratitude and requested the cooperation and prayers of the public as she prepares to represent the region in Parliament.
