The results of the 7th teacher recruitment examination conducted by the Non-Government Teachers’ Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) will be published on Wednesday.
The Education Adviser is scheduled to formally announce the results at 10:00am at the Ministry of Education. The Education Secretary will also be present at the event, according to NTRCA Chairman Md Aminul Islam.
Earlier, applications were invited from January 10 to January 17 for the recruitment of 76,208 teachers in MPO-enlisted educational institutions across the country.
Meanwhile, the NTRCA chairman said a circular was issued on Tuesday for the recruitment of 13,599 vacant posts of heads and vice-heads of MPO-listed institutions under three directorates—the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education, the Directorate of Technical Education, and the Directorate of Madrasa Education.
The detailed recruitment notices for these positions will be published on Friday. Candidates will be selected through a written examination, assessment of academic qualifications, and an oral test.
The written test will carry 80 marks, academic qualifications 12 marks, and the viva voice 8 marks. Candidates must secure at least 40 percent of the total marks to pass the selection process, the chairman said.
