


The results of the 2026 Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations were published simultaneously across Bangladesh’s education boards at 10 a.m. on Monday (August 10), ending a long wait for millions of students.
The overall pass rate this year is 62.25 percent.
More than 1.85 million students took part in the SSC and equivalent examinations, which were held at 3,885 centers across the country.
Education Minister A.N.M. Ehsanul Haque Milan officially inaugurated the publication of the results at an event held at the Ministry of Education.
Students can check their results through the official education board websites: Education Board Results eBoard Results Students can also receive their results via SMS.
For SSC results, type:
SSC DHA 123456 2026 and send it to 16140. Students can also use 16222. For Dakhil candidates under the Madrasa Education Board, type: Dakhil MAD 123456 2026 and send it to 16222. For SSC (Vocational) candidates under the Technical Education Board, type: SSC TEC 123456 2026 and send it to 16222.
Students can also obtain their results from their respective educational institutions. Institution-wise result sheets can be accessed through the results section of the education board website by entering the institution’s EIIN number.
The 2026 SSC and equivalent examinations began on April 21. Written examinations under the general education boards ended on May 20, while the written examinations for Dakhil and SSC (Vocational) candidates ended on May 24.
Of the total candidates, 1,418,398 students appeared for the SSC examination under the nine general education boards.
