Three Killed Three Injured in Bogura Highway Collision

Three people were killed and three others injured after a truck rammed into a parked truck on the Dhaka-Bogura Highway on Sunday morning. One of the injured is in a critical condition.

The accident occurred around 8:00 am on the flyover in front of the Chilimpur Palli Bidyut Office. The identities of the deceased could not be immediately ascertained.

Local residents rescued the injured and took them to Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital in Bogura for treatment. Following the accident, highway police and Fire Service members began rescue operations at the scene, which led to temporary traffic congestion on the highway.

Kundarhat Highway Police Station Officer-in-Charge Hafizur Rahman confirmed the incident.
