A day-long training workshop for polling officers of Louhjang upazila was held on Tuesday (27 January) in preparation for the 13th National Parliament Election and Referendum.

The workshop took place at Louhjang Pilot High School from morning until afternoon. The training focused on polling procedures, election laws, and the responsibilities of election officials to ensure a free, fair and orderly voting process.

Munshiganj Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate and Returning Officer Syeda Nurmahal Ashrafi attended the programme as the chief guest.

The event was chaired by Louhjang Upazila Executive Officer and Assistant Returning Officer Farzana Bobby Mitu and moderated by Upazila Election Officer Mohammad Jiban Ibne Masum.

Munshiganj Superintendent of Police Md Menhazul Alam, PPM, and District Election Officer Mohammad Jasim Uddin were present as special guests.
