Chief Advisor to Address Nation at 7 PM Tonight

Chief Advisor Professor Muhammad Yunus will deliver an address to the nation at 7 PM today, Tuesday (February 10), ahead of the 13th National Parliamentary Election and the concurrent referendum on the ‘July National Charter.’

The address will highlight the interim government’s final preparations for the February 12 polls, security measures, and the overall national situation. Professor Yunus is expected to provide critical directions for voters and state officials as the country enters the final 48 hours before the transition to an elected government.

The speech will be broadcast live on Bangladesh Television (BTV) and Bangladesh Betar. It will also be available across private television channels and major digital platforms.

The upcoming vote is unprecedented in Bangladesh's history, as citizens will cast two ballots simultaneously: one to elect representatives for the 300 parliamentary seats and another for a national referendum on constitutional reforms.
