BNP held a Protest March and Rally in Paikgachha

A protest march and rally have been held in Paikgachha. As part of the central program, the BNP organized a protest march and rally in protest against the attempted shooting of Inqilab Mancha spokesperson MP candidate Sharif Osman Hadi and BNP nominated candidate for Chittagong 8 constituency Ershad Ullah.

On Saturday morning, December 13, the protest march started from the old transport counter, went around the main road, and then a short rally was held at the Bazar Chowrasta intersection.

The meeting, chaired by Upazila BNP Joint Convener Abul Hossain and moderated by Municipality BNP General Secretary Kamal Ahmed Selim Newaz, was addressed by former Upazila BNP General Secretary and former UP Chairman SM Enamul Haque, District BNP leader Sheikh Imadul Islam, Upazila BNP Joint Convener Touhiduzzaman Mukul, Kazi Sajjad Ahmed Manik, Tushar Kanti Mondal, Abu Taleb, Advocate Ekramul Haque Biswas, Municipal BNP leader Selim Reza Lucky, Saifuddin Sumon, Upazila Ulama Dal General Secretary Shafiqul Islam, BNP leaders Aminur Rahman, Ibrahim Gazi, Abdus Sattar Morol, Anwarul Qadir, Abul Bashar Bachchu, Golzar Ahmed, Habibur Rahman, lecturers Sujit Kumar Mondal, Nazir Ahmed, Yajneshwar Sana Kartik, Molla Yunus Ali, Rajib Newaz, Jamilur Rahman Rana, lecturers Moniruzzaman, Shahidur Rahman, Faisal Rashed Soni, Obaidullah Sardar, Khanjahan Ali, Milton and student leader Ariful Islam.

The speakers at the rally demanded that those involved in the attempted murder be arrested immediately and brought to justice.
