A housewife named Jasmine Khanam lost everything after falling victim to the 'devil's breath' scam in Lohagara, Narail. The incident took place on Saturday (October 4) at Lohagara Bazar.
According to the victim, Jasmine Khanam, wife of Sheikh Moniruzzaman of Kundashi area of the municipality, went to Lohagara Bazar around 12 noon on Saturday to do some shopping.
At that time, two unknown persons told the victim Jasmine Khanam that they had brought chemicals to make various types of food, including bakery cakes. But the two strangers did not know which side of the bakery was.
