The Secretariat is ready to welcome the new Prime Minister and the Cabinet. A lot of activity has been seen at this administrative hub. Many people were seen entering the Secretariat with flower garlands. In addition, the Prime Minister's security force has been stationed inside the Secretariat since morning.

This decoration has been seen in various administrative offices of the Secretariat and the Prime Minister's official office since Wednesday (February 18) morning.

The Prime Minister's room is located on the third floor of the Cabinet Division in the Secretariat. It was cleaned and cleaned on Tuesday afternoon. In addition, name plates have been put up in the offices of ministers and state ministers in various ministries. Each office has been decorated in a new way. The new Prime Minister is coming to the Secretariat on his first working day today, so everyone in the Secretariat is happy.

Earlier, Tarique Rahman became the 11th Prime Minister of Bangladesh by taking oath on Tuesday. He will hold his first office in the Secretariat on Wednesday, the first day of governing the country. He is also scheduled to have lunch there and attend a cabinet meeting in the afternoon. He will exchange views with secretaries at 4 pm. For this, additional security arrangements have been made at the secretariat, officials concerned said.

The newly appointed ministers and state ministers will also work at the secretariat on the first working day. After formally assuming charge of their respective ministries, they will hold an introductory meeting with officials and inquire about ongoing activities. Apart from this, the cabinet members will brief the journalists.
