Army Chief Inspires Cadets at Joypurhat College's First Reunion

Chief of Army Staff General Waker-Uz-Zaman today attended the second day of the inaugural three-day reunion of the Joypurhat Girls Cadet College as the chief guest.

The Army Chief delivered a powerful address, urging all incumbent and former cadets of the institution to dedicate themselves fully to the service of the country.

Upon his arrival at the college, General Waker-Uz-Zaman was received by a high-level delegation, including the President of the Cadet College Governing Council, the Adjutant General of the Bangladesh Army, the GOC, 11 Infantry Division and Area Commander of the Bogura Area, the College Principal, and the President of the Association of Joypurhat Ex-Cadets (AJEC).

The program included several ceremonial elements. The chief guest officially inaugurated the AJEC reunion program and received the salute at the reunion parade before delivering his motivational speech to the participating current and former cadets. The day’s proceedings concluded with a luncheon attended by the Army Chief, invited dignitaries, and the cadets. The three-day reunion event originally commenced on Thursday.
